- Do you provide free shipping?
- Yes, we do provide free shipping on every order regardless of the order minimum.
- How long does shipping take? When will my order arrive?
- It takes about 7-22 days for the order to be delivered. Please use the contact form to reach out to us in case of issues.
- My order has been dispatched. Can I track it?
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. It can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to be updated.
- Do you take returns?
- Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping cost unless the item you received is damaged or defective. If you aren't satisfied with the item simply reach out to us via contact form or at info@sartona.com within 30 days of receiving the item and we will work with you to amend the issue. Please include email address on the order, order number, describe the issue and attach pictures if possible. The items that you are trying to return must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in it's original packaging. We aim to respond within 3 days.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- Yes, please reach out to us within 4 hours of placing order to change or cancel your order.
